Volunteer to teach English in Govt Schools | Summer programme

Volunteers required to facilitate learning English on the computer

We all share the responsibility in ensuring a safe and secure surrounding to live – for ourselves, our families and friends. For a disciplined life, education is crucial right from young age. Here is a chance to address the potential juvenile delinquency proactively and positively, by leading children in the path of knowledge.

We are organising a Summer Programme at select corporation schools in Ambattur, Chennai, for adolescent children to learn English. The initiative is supported by our city Police team. Spoken English will be taught with computer as learning aid. The learning sessions will be facilitated by volunteers. The number of sessions will depend on the schools, number of participants and the infrastructure being provided.

The programme benefits the society, and the children in many vital ways. It will lead to the students in the cohort developing some skills, self confidence and a more positive attitude to their context and surroundings.
